Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated as lead arrangers and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with the amendment and restatement of Ralph Lauren Corporation’s existing $500 million revolving credit facility.
