LLC and Jefferies LLC, among others, in connection with the initial public offering by Mister Car Wash, Inc. (“Mister Car Wash”) of 43,125,000 shares of its common stock, sold by Mister Car Wash and certain selling stockholders, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares and, together, raised approximately $647 million in gross proceeds. The initial public offering closed on June 29, 2021.
Mister Car Wash is the largest national car wash brand, offering express exterior and interior cleaning services to customers.
