Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Private Credit Fund, a non-traded business development company (the “Company”), in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $800 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes, consisting of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Notes due 2027 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.250% Notes due 2030. The offering closed on September 26, 2024.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
