Simpson Thacher represented BNP PARIBAS and Goldman Sachs as active coordinators, Crédit Agricole, HSBC, NatWest and SMBC as passive coordinators and Crédit Agricole as agent in connection with the syndicated term loan B facility and revolving facility for Questel Unite. The proceeds were used in part to refinance Questel’s existing indebtedness. The transaction closed on March 5, 2025.
