|
- Applied all aspects of the Basel III Endgame reforms (e.g., Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Market Risk, “Credit Valuation Adjustment” Risk) to all banks with assets ≥ $100B (Categories I-IV)

- All banks other than Category I and II banks (≥$700B in assets) generally exempt from new Operational Risk, Market Risk, “Credit Valuation Adjustment” Risk frameworks[3]
