He advises clients on all aspects of antitrust law, with a focus on counseling clients through United States and international antitrust merger review process, and on antitrust compliance matters. Daniel has guided complex domestic and cross-border transactions through extensive regulatory reviews, and prevailed against the Department of Justice in high-profile antitrust litigation. Daniel earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2015, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and his B.A. from the University of Kentucky in 2011. He is admitted to practice in New York.
