Daniel Owsley is Counsel in the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice. He advises clients on all aspects of antitrust law, with a focus on counseling clients through United States and international antitrust merger review process, and on antitrust compliance matters. Daniel has guided complex domestic and cross-border transactions through extensive regulatory reviews, and prevailed against the Department of Justice in high-profile antitrust litigation. He regularly represents clients across a wide range of industries, including media and entertainment, software and technology, financial services, healthcare, real estate, food services, aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing, and more.

Daniel earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2015, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and his B.A. from the University of Kentucky in 2011. He is admitted to practice in New York.
