She has extensive experience in open-ended funds. She also represents the Firm’s clients in relation to impact funds and other ESG matters.

May also advises pro bono clients on various immigration matters and unemployment insurance hearings. She received a J.D. in 2014 from St. John’s University School of Law and a B.A. in 2006 from Hunter College. Most recently, May was honored with the 2024 “Rising Star Award” at St. John’s Law’s Celebrating Women in the Law event, held by the Women’s Law Society and Alumnae Leadership Council. The award recognizes St. John’s Law alumnae serving as role models for women in law.
