A Corporate Partner in the Firm’s New York office, Mike Holick regularly advises private equity firms and public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, investments, carve-outs, joint ventures, recapitalizations and other corporate transactions. He has experience representing clients across a variety of sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, consumer products, technology, financial services, and industrials and manufacturing and guiding sponsors and their portfolio companies throughout the entirety of private equity lifecycle and beyond. His clients have included private equity firms such as Apax Partners, Blackstone, EQT, First Reserve, KKR, Patricia Industries and Providence Equity Partners as well as large corporations, such as Certara, First Data, First Student, Gerdau, ITC, Waystar and Yageo. Mike has served on the Private Equity Advisory Board for Law360 and has been recognized as a Notable Practitioner by IFLR1000 and Rising Star by Super Lawyers. He has served a member of the Firm’s Personnel Committee and currently serves as a member of the Firm’s Finance Committee.
