Simpson Thacher Represents EQT in its Investment in 3Shape

Simpson Thacher is acting as U.S. counsel to EQT IX fund in connection with its acquisition of a 20% stake in 3Shape, a Copenhagen-based medical technology firm. The transaction is expected to close in first quarter of 2022.

Founded in 2000, 3Shape is a global leader in digital dentistry and provides state of the art intra-oral scanning solutions, Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing software for dentists and dental laboratories in over 100 countries.
