Simpson Thacher is representing Oakley Capital and Eurazeo portfolio company I-TRACING in its strategic partnership with Bridewell.
This alliance brings together I-TRACING, a leading independent provider of cybersecurity services in France, and Bridewell, the UK’s leading provider, thereby creating a European champion in cybersecurity services. The partnership is backed by Oakley Capital and Eurazeo, co-control investors in both businesses, as well as the management teams of both I-TRACING and Bridewell. Sagard NewGen will also reinvest in the transaction. The transaction is subject to regulatory clearances.
