Based in the Firm’s London office, Srishti Gupta is Counsel in the Finance and Capital Markets Practice. She focuses on U.S. securities law matters, advising private equity sponsors, companies and underwriters on a variety of bond offerings, private placements and equity offerings. Srishti has also represented sponsors, high yield issuers and investment grade corporate clients on leveraged finance transactions, public and private acquisition financings, registered offerings, various special situations including restructurings and reorganizations via take-private transactions, equity transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and preferential allotments, as well as general corporate matters.
